How is this different from just buying Claude? +
Buying the tool is the easy part. Getting a whole team to actually use it well, confidently, safely, on real work, is where almost everyone stalls. The licences sit there, one or two people get value, and the rest quietly go back to the old way. AI Concierge is the missing piece: a real person on-hand so questions get answered, habits form, and the tool earns the money you’re already spending on it.
What exactly counts as "support"? +
Anything to do with using Claude well. How to get a better result, whether something’s safe to paste in, why an answer came back wrong, how to set up a project or a prompt for a recurring task, which tool fits a job. We answer by email and chat, in monthly office hours, and in 1:1 sessions. What it’s not is unlimited custom development. If a request turns into a real build, we’ll scope that separately and tell you up front.
Why is it priced per user? +
Because the value is per person. The base covers up to 5 users at $500 a month ex GST, and each additional user is $100 a month. It lands at the bottom of what Australian businesses already pay per head for managed IT support, except this is aimed squarely at getting real work done with AI, not keeping the lights on.
Is there a lock-in contract? +
No. It’s month to month. We’d rather keep your business because the service is obviously working than because you’re stuck in a 12-month term. Give us a month’s notice and you can stop any time.
Why Claude, specifically? +
We specialise in Claude because it’s the most capable, safest, and most steerable model for the kinds of work our clients actually do. We use it every day ourselves (Desktop, Cowork, and Claude Code), so the help you get is from people doing the work, not reading a script. We’re Microsoft-fluent too, so if Copilot is the better fit for something, we’ll tell you.
What if we already have Claude set up? +
Perfect. Then we go straight to the part that matters: getting your people using it. If you’re not set up yet, we offer a one-off onboarding to get everything configured properly, then the subscription takes over from there.
Can we do everything remotely? +
Yes. Office hours and 1:1s run over Teams, and questions come in by email and chat. We’re Brisbane-based and happy to come on-site for local clients, but nothing about the service requires it.
Can we pay by invoice instead of card? +
Yes. We’ll send a monthly tax invoice with EFT details. Get in touch and we’ll set it up.
